A few days ago I wrote about how my support arrangements had to change at short notice because so many of my friends and support workers were ill. Today there’s been another last minute change, but this time it’s because I’m not well myself. I was due to go to Wales this weekend for my friend Keir’s birthday but sadly I’ve succumbed to the same virus that everyone else has been getting. Fran was due to go with me but instead we’re going to hang out together here at the castle.

I’m hugely disappointed not to be on my way to Wales. But feel dreadful and right now I’m glad to be somewhere I can curl up and sleep.
