I’m going to have a couple of weeks off between jobs. I’m not going away but I’m planning to do a few nice things around here. I’ve got tickets to see Jerusalem, a play by Jez Butterworth I’ve wanted to see for ages. I’ve read it already and heard it’s brilliant but I wasn’t sure about whether to go or not because I’m worried about my tics spoiling it for other people.

I called the theatre and they’ve arranged for me to be seated near an exit so I can duck out if I need to. I’ve sent an email to all my mates asking for a volunteer to go with me. Fat Sister replied first and got the job.
