Let’s Get Ready To Kickstart!
In one week’s time we’ll be launching a big Kickstarter appeal to take Backstage in Biscuit Land to the Fringe Festival.
We’ve been successful in getting an Unlimited award for the show, but this is just to help us with initial research and development, not to cover the costs of production, or taking it to Edinburgh. So we’re going to Kickstarter, a crowd-funding website where people talk about projects they’d like to undertake, and ask others to contribute towards making them possible. Next Monday we’ll be launching our appeal and we’re hoping to raise £6000!
Backstage in Biscuit Land will explore spontaneity, creativity, disability, and things you never knew would make you laugh.
My unusual neurology gives me a unique perspective on life, but I’m going to need your help to share this with the rest of the world. There’ll be loads of exciting rewards for people who support us, too.
Look out for more information and a video about our plans next week, and in the meantime get ready to help give us a kickstart on our journey to Edinburgh. In addition to donating (which I hope you’ll want to do) it’d be great if you could let all your friends know too, so they can get involved.
For now though, all you need to do is make sure you don’t forget to come to We Forgot The Lot!

Excellent! I shall donate as much as I can once the Kickstarter launches!
