I’ve finished work for a bit and at last I’ve got time to attend to all those little jobs that’ve been building up over the last few weeks.

I’ve done a load of filing, pumped up the tyres on my wheelchair and re-organised the bathroom cupboard, and the castle’s had a festive clean.

Yesterday evening I painstakingly picked out all the remaining bits of fake snow from my wheelchair’s upholstery. They’d got stuck in the holes of the fabric when we filmed our Christmas video last month. In case you haven’t seen it yet you can watch how I acquired this flaky problem below:

I’m pleased to report that my chair’s finally snow-free again, and to me this is an incredibly satisfying sight.
