Poppy and I headed back to London this morning. We’ve had an amazing couple of days in the countryside around Glastonbury – and I’ve brought a fair bit of countryside back with me. Two days of dropping to the floor on dusty tracks or flailing about in hedgerows has meant I’m a bit grubby.

There may be some truth in an old tic from a couple of years ago: “There’s a squirrel in your pants, take a bath.”
