‘I’m having trouble speaking at the moment. My muscles are fine but speaking is difficult. This is more than just tics interrupting speaking. The sentence is fully formed by my mind. Physically, it’s taking focused concentration to form the words I’m choosing.’

At the moment this happens once or twice a day. This is a big improvement on how things were a couple of years ago.

You sure gave to it until you knocked it on out though. Very nice. You own your situations and you make happen that what you intend. Very strong, very determined, very good at it. Happy to hear that in the past two years you have seen a decrease in frequency of these type "Lock-ups". Good news is good good news!!
