Annoyingly, the arm tics I mentioned the other day have carried on. In particular I’m making a movement that involves extending my arm straight in front of me and making a circular gesture. This has been causing problems with eating, drinking and typing. It’s also been making Poppy and Laura laugh a lot, mainly because it looks like a proper hip-hop dance move.

Poppy’s just played Ridin [Dirty] by Chamilionaire. Seeing my arm making its strange one-handed driving motion to the accompaniment of this track made me laugh a lot too.
