This morning while I was in the shower a new ticced song emerged:

“Legend of the Phoenix,
Legends of the Fall,
But Legend of the Sheepdog is the greatest of them all.”

I wasn’t acquainted with any of these legends, though the first two did sound a bit familiar.

A quick search online filled in some of the gaps in my knowledge and I learnt about the mythical Greek phoenix (a bird that’s reborn in a fireball), Daft Punk’s summer anthem from last year and Brad Pitt’s 1994 film epic.

But there seemed to be a lot less about the third legend. Perhaps this great tale is yet to be written.
