Zoë and I are heading for the skies today. Quite literally, and in two ways: first, we’re about to go and get on a plane, and secondly, we’re off to the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Hebrides.

We’ll be spending New Year on Skye with Olive, Keith and a big group of friends. I’m really excited to be going away, getting out of London and being somewhere new. My all-terrain wheelchair has travelled on ahead and I’m looking forward to putting it through its paces in the next few days.

I’ll fill you in on our adventure later in the week, but for now, goodbye, and see you when I’m back from the other side of the skies.
