On Wednesday night BBC1 broadcast a documentary called Looking After Mum. It was a Children In Need special they were showing ahead of the big annual appeal, which happens tonight.
The programme followed four young carers – Antonia-Rae, Kashanna, and brothers Joe and Tom.…
This is just a quick post before I head off to work. This evening I’ll be back at Channel 4 doing more biscuity continuity announcements. I start at 7pm, so listen out for the links.
I’ve been doing continuity on at off since last December when I was part of a project called Alternative Voices.…
Tomorrow will be the première of Backstage in Biscuit Land at the Edinburgh Fringe and I’m very excited!

In three days we leave for Scotland and by this time next week I’ll have my first performance of Backstage In Biscuit Land at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival under my belt. There’s this one in the Telegraph that came out last week, and I was pleased to hear from a friend this morning that they’d stumbled across another piece about the show in the Guardian.…
I want to start with an apology, and it’s to all sports fans: I’m sorry, I haven’t made a single mention of the World Cup since it started twenty-one days ago.
For everyone else, I’m sure you’ve been quite relieved that this blog hasn’t been bursting with loads of football-related comment.…
