A few days ago Chopin and I had a late-night rendezvous with two men, two puppets, and a camerawoman. We’d received a mysterious text from Henry, the puppeteer who created mini-Touretteshero who appears in Backstage In Biscuit Land.

Henry asked if we’d be up for being interviewed about our show by some puppets, in the back of a taxi.…

At the end of last year I took part in Channel 4’s Alternative Voices project. It was part of their #BornRisky campaign which highlighted their commitment to taking creative risks. I was one of five people with audible disabilities who they trained as continuity announcers, and over a two-week period we introduced some of their biggest shows.…

I’ve written before about ‘Backstage In Biscuit Land’, the show we’re putting on at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year. Now I’m delighted to announce that we’re going to be supported by a grant from Unlimited. This means we’ll be part of a programme run by two creative organisations, Shape and Artsadmin, who commission and develop new work by disabled artists.…
